Our refrigerator stopped cooling on a Friday night. I called this company Saturday morning, and they had a technician out by 1 PM. The tech diagnosed a faulty compressor start relay within 15 minutes, had the part on his truck, and had us up and running in under an hour. The price was exactly what he quoted — no surprise fees.
My dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. Scheduling was easy online, and the repair itself was solid — the technician replaced the door gasket and checked the pump. It’s been three weeks and no leaks. Only reason for 4 stars: the technician arrived about 90 minutes past the 2-hour window.
The dryer drum wasn’t spinning. The technician was polite and knowledgeable, and he fixed the issue (worn belt and tension pulley) the same day. However, the total came to $285 for what felt like a fairly common repair. The repair has held up fine so far — just wish the pricing was more transparent upfront.
Our washing machine started throwing an error code mid-cycle. I was nervous because it’s an older model. The technician was upfront that parts might be hard to find, but he sourced what he needed within two days and got it working. The repair came with a 90-day warranty.

What we diagnose and repair, and what to have ready when you call.
Symptoms we see: fridge warm but freezer cold, freezer frosting over, water pooling under the drawers, ice maker silent, compressor clicking.
What else it could be: a dirty condenser coil, a failed defrost heater, a bad thermistor, a door seal, or a sealed-system fault. A technician checks the actual cause before quoting.
What affects the quote: sealed-system work is more involved than electrical or door-seal work. Model, age and parts availability matter.
Symptoms: washer won’t drain or spin, dryer takes two cycles to dry, drum squeals, control panel unresponsive, water won’t fill.
What else it could be: a clogged drain pump, lid switch, belt, thermal fuse, or a vent restriction behind the dryer. Vent issues are also a fire-safety concern — mention them when you call.
Symptoms: oven won’t heat, gas igniter clicks but doesn’t light, one burner won’t ignite, temperature runs 50°F+ off.
Symptoms: leaking at the door, dishes still wet or gritty, standing water in the tub, won’t start, detergent left in the dispenser.
Describe the symptom — noise, water, heat, error code — and we’ll tell you what to have ready before a technician arrives.
